Welcome to our Practice

Dr McCubbin, Dr Picton, Dr Nixon and Mr Miller would like to warmly welcome you to Woodlands Park Health Centre. The Practice is open weekdays from 8.30 AM until 6 PM, excluding public holidays. We aim to provide safe, caring and effective care to all our patients delivered by a well-led and responsive multidisciplinary team.

They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Out of Hours appointments are also available at the Cramlington Hub. Their opening times are 5pm until 8pm weekdays and 9am until 1pm during weekends. You can book into the hub by calling Woodlands Park Health Centre during normal working hours or you can call the Cramlington Hub directly on 01670 337737.

Primary Care Network

Woodlands Park Health Centre is part of Cramlington & Seaton Valley Primary Care Network. The Village Surgery, Forum Family Practice, and Netherfield House Surgery are also members of this Primary Care Network (PCN). The PCN have recruited clinical pharmacists, social prescribing link workers, paramedics, pharmacist technicians, and mental health practitioners to work alongside doctors and nurses, creating additional capacity and services for our patient population
