Colder months can be difficult and the cost of living is putting pressure on many.

While you may feel tempted to wrap your baby up to keep them warm while they sleep, overheating increases the risk of SIDS (cot death) and research shows it’s better for babies to be cooler rather than too hot.

The Lullaby Trust has some great advice for safer sleep during the colder months:
