E-consult Opening
You can use eConsult during our normal opening hours to request help, advice, or administrative support.
Please note: eConsult must not be used for urgent or emergency problems.
If you need urgent medical help, please contact the practice by phone, call NHS 111, or in an emergency dial 999.
The system includes built-in checks to make sure patients are directed to the right service, helping us keep everyone safe and ensure you receive the right care at the right time.

Telephone Services
Between 8:00–8:30 am and 6:00–6:30 pm, our phone lines are answered by a professional call-handling service who take messages and ensure any urgent queries are passed straight to our team. This helps us manage calls efficiently while still ensuring you can reach the practice during our normal opening hours.
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours
111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.
